Privacy Policy

How DFA Solutions handles personal information, under PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25.

Who is responsible

The person responsible for personal information at DFA Solutions is our Privacy Officer. Write to info@designfutureautomations.com with any question about this policy or your information.

What we collect

The contact form collects your name, email, company, optional phone number, the service you are interested in, your company size and your message. We collect nothing else about you, and the site has no advertising trackers. Two third-party services do receive technical data when their features load, which is described under Third-party services below.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the service. We never sell personal information and we never share it for advertising.

Analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics to count visits and page views. Google processes that data on servers outside Canada. Refusing analytics sets no analytics cookie, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner.

Third-party services

Two services run inside your browser on our contact page. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being filled in by a person rather than a bot, and receives your IP address and details about your browser. Cal.com provides the booking calendar, and receives the same when the calendar loads. Neither shows you advertising and neither follows you to other sites. Both process that data outside Canada.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages stay in our email for as long as the business relationship may reasonably continue, and no more than 24 months after the last contact unless you become a client.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@designfutureautomations.com and we will answer within 30 days.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions travel encrypted, and the credentials that send our email are stored outside the public web root.
